About this role

Join Handshake AI Enterprise as an Applied AI Engineer to build and deploy production AI agents directly within enterprise customer environments. You'll own the full technical stack—from agent development to evaluation—working closely with customers to solve real business problems at scale.

What you'll do

• Develop and deploy production-grade AI agents customized to enterprise customer use cases
• Design and execute evaluations to measure agent performance, iterating until results improve
• Partner with customers to understand their business workflows and identify AI leverage points
• Collaborate with senior engineers, product, and platform teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Contribute to engineering best practices and reusable agent frameworks as the team grows
• Share deployment insights to inform product and platform roadmap decisions
