Hardware Engineer - AI Trainer

About this role

Handshake seeks experienced KiCad users for flexible, remote contract work evaluating AI-generated electronics design content. You'll leverage your hardware design expertise to create questions and review AI responses related to PCB layout, schematics, and EDA workflows, with no minimum hours required.

What you'll do

• Create technical questions about KiCad tools and electronics design workflows
• Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and relevance
• Assess PCB designs and schematics for correctness and practical applicability
• Provide detailed feedback to improve AI understanding of hardware engineering tasks
• Annotate and label circuit design assets as needed
• Work independently following written guidelines and project specifications
