Software Engineer, Handshake AI Enterprise

About this role

Join Handshake AI Enterprise as a Software Engineer to build and deploy AI applications directly into enterprise customer environments. You'll own the product experience layer, working closely with customers to create delightful, production-grade solutions that bridge data models, APIs, and intuitive interfaces.

What you'll do

• Develop full-stack features for AI applications deployed in enterprise environments, from backend to frontend
• Engage directly with customers to understand workflows, pain points, and requirements
• Collaborate with Applied AI and Platform engineers to ship cohesive, production-ready solutions
• Iterate based on real usage and customer feedback with tight feedback loops
• Contribute to product engineering standards and reusable patterns as the team grows
• Surface customer insights that inform Handshake's core product direction
