Service Engineer

About this role

Harbinger, an innovative commercial EV company, seeks a Service Engineer to diagnose complex technical issues, manage warranty data analysis, and drive service improvements across product lines. This role combines hands-on field troubleshooting with cross-functional collaboration to enhance product serviceability and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and resolve complex service issues, including part replacement and field problem-solving support
• Analyze warranty data to identify trends, root causes, and corrective actions
• Develop technical documentation including troubleshooting guides, diagnostic charts, and repair instructions
• Participate in design reviews and ECO/ECR processes to ensure serviceability considerations are met
• Provide on-site field service assistance and advanced troubleshooting support to dealers and customers
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives impacting reliability, serviceability, and customer experience
