Supplier Quality Engineer, Low Voltage and ADAS
About this role
Harbinger seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer to oversee quality standards for low voltage components, wiring harnesses, radars, and cameras from suppliers. You'll manage supplier audits, implement quality control systems, lead corrective actions, and ensure compliance with automotive and aerospace quality standards while collaborating across internal and external teams.
What you'll do
- Conduct supplier audits and qualify new/existing suppliers for low voltage harnesses, PCBA, cameras, and radars
- Establish and validate supplier processes including FAI, PPAP, and assembly line setups
- Develop and monitor supplier performance metrics including defect rates and process improvements
- Lead corrective/preventive action plans and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis
- Review supplier documentation such as control plans, FMEAs, and inspection reports for compliance
- Lead supplier performance calls and participate in design reviews to mitigate manufacturing risks
