Legal Engineer - Custom Solutions

Join Harvey's Custom Solutions team to design and deploy tailored AI-powered legal tools for enterprise clients. You'll work with senior stakeholders to scope, build, and optimize custom agents and workflows while gathering market feedback to shape the platform's evolution.

What you'll do

• Scope, design, and build custom AI agents, playbooks, and prompts for strategic customers
• Partner with senior stakeholders to understand requirements and translate needs into working solutions
• Prototype, test, and iterate solutions, including piloting new platform features
• Communicate customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams to identify enhancement opportunities
• Travel onsite as needed to support solution rollout and build customer relationships
• Create reusable assets and document best practices to accelerate future deployments
