Legal Engineer - Custom Solutions

About this role

Harvey seeks a Legal Engineer to design and implement custom AI solutions for enterprise legal clients. You'll scope, build, and deploy tailored agents and workflows while partnering with customers and product teams to drive adoption and gather market insights.

What you'll do

• Scope, design and build custom AI agents, playbooks and prompts for strategic customers
• Establish relationships with senior stakeholders to understand requirements and translate needs into solutions
• Prototype, test and iterate solutions, including piloting new platform features
• Communicate market feedback to Product and Engineering teams to identify enhancement opportunities
• Create reusable assets and capture best practices to accelerate future deployments
• Partner with Legal Engineering and Go-to-Market teams to drive measurable customer growth
