About this role
Harvey seeks a former litigation or regulatory attorney to serve as a Legal Engineer, bridging customers and product teams to demonstrate how AI solutions transform legal workflows. You'll combine your practice experience with go-to-market strategy to shape product development and drive adoption among legal professionals.
What you'll do
- Conduct discovery with litigation and regulatory lawyers to identify workflow pain points and recommend Harvey solutions
- Translate customer feedback and legal insights into product direction for the litigation and regulatory practice areas
- Partner with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to shape roadmap and ensure lawyer adoption
- Build tailored product demonstrations and use cases that reflect real litigation and regulatory workflows
- Present Harvey capabilities in credible, compelling ways to each customer segment
What they're looking for
- Litigation or regulatory practice experience (3+ years)
- Deep understanding of litigator and regulatory lawyer workflows
- Executive presence and relationship building with legal professionals
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Curiosity about AI applications in legal services
- Solutions-oriented, practical mindset
- Ability to operate with speed and manage ambiguity
- Client-facing or business development background (preferred)
