About this role

Harvey seeks a Legal Engineer with litigation or regulatory practice experience to bridge customers, product, and sales teams. You'll work directly with legal professionals to identify workflow challenges, shape AI-driven product solutions, and demonstrate how Harvey transforms legal work in disputes, investigations, and compliance practices.

What you'll do

  • Conduct discovery with litigation and regulatory lawyers to uncover pain points and recommend tailored Harvey solutions
  • Translate customer feedback and legal workflows into actionable product direction for the engineering team
  • Partner with product, sales, and marketing to shape Harvey's roadmap and ensure lawyer adoption
  • Build and refine product demonstrations and use cases reflecting real litigation and regulatory workflows
  • Serve as voice of the customer, advocating for litigator and regulatory practitioner needs
  • Lead strategic customer conversations and product engagements with credibility and executive presence
