About this role
Harvey seeks a Legal Engineer with litigation or regulatory practice experience to bridge customers, product, and sales. You'll work directly with legal teams to understand their workflows, demonstrate AI-powered solutions, and shape product development for the legal services market.
What you'll do
- Conduct discovery with litigation and regulatory lawyers to identify pain points and recommend Harvey solutions
- Translate customer feedback and legal workflows into product direction and strategy
- Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams on roadmap development
- Build and refine product demonstrations tailored to litigation and regulatory practice
- Serve as voice of the customer, ensuring solutions are credible and adopted by legal teams
- Engage with prospects and customers to introduce capabilities in compelling, tailored ways
What they're looking for
- Litigation or regulatory law practice experience (3+ years)
- Deep understanding of litigator and regulatory lawyer workflows
- AI knowledge and curiosity about legal tech transformation
- Executive presence and relationship-building with legal professionals
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
- Solutions-oriented mindset and bias toward action
- Client-facing or business development experience (preferred)
- Ability to work in ambiguity and operate at speed
