About this role

Harvey seeks a Legal Engineer with litigation or regulatory practice experience to bridge customers, product, and sales. You'll work directly with legal teams to understand their workflows, demonstrate AI-powered solutions, and shape product development for the legal services market.

What you'll do

  • Conduct discovery with litigation and regulatory lawyers to identify pain points and recommend Harvey solutions
  • Translate customer feedback and legal workflows into product direction and strategy
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams on roadmap development
  • Build and refine product demonstrations tailored to litigation and regulatory practice
  • Serve as voice of the customer, ensuring solutions are credible and adopted by legal teams
  • Engage with prospects and customers to introduce capabilities in compelling, tailored ways

  • Litigation or regulatory law practice experience (3+ years)
  • Deep understanding of litigator and regulatory lawyer workflows
  • AI knowledge and curiosity about legal tech transformation
  • Executive presence and relationship-building with legal professionals
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
  • Solutions-oriented mindset and bias toward action
  • Client-facing or business development experience (preferred)
  • Ability to work in ambiguity and operate at speed
