Legal Engineer - Product Specialist

About this role

Harvey seeks an experienced attorney from a top-tier firm to serve as a Legal Engineer - Product Specialist, helping enterprise customers adopt and maximize their AI legal platform. You'll combine legal expertise with customer success strategy to drive adoption, identify expansion opportunities, and shape product development through direct lawyer relationships.

What you'll do

• Build trusted relationships with law firms and in-house legal teams to understand workflows and guide Harvey AI integration
• Design and lead onboarding sessions, training workshops, and enablement programs to drive adoption and platform value
• Partner with Customer Success and Account teams to identify expansion opportunities and support renewals
• Identify adoption barriers through user engagement and develop tailored strategies to overcome them
• Translate legal practice needs into product feedback for engineering teams
• Monitor usage trends, identify at-risk accounts, and drive re-engagement with new capabilities
