Legal Engineer, Product Specialist

About this role

Harvey seeks an experienced lawyer to serve as a Legal Engineer - Product Specialist in Milan, helping law firms and in-house legal teams adopt and maximize their AI platform. You'll combine your legal expertise with customer success skills to drive adoption, identify expansion opportunities, and shape product development through a lawyer's perspective.

What you'll do

• Build trusted relationships with law firm and in-house legal teams to understand workflows and guide Harvey platform integration
• Design and lead onboarding sessions, training workshops, and enablement programs to drive adoption and maximize value
• Partner with Customer Success and Account Executive teams to identify expansion opportunities and support renewals
• Identify adoption barriers through thoughtful engagement and develop strategies to overcome obstacles
• Translate legal practice needs into actionable product feedback for engineering teams
• Monitor usage trends, identify at-risk accounts, and re-engage users with new capabilities

What they're looking for

• Legal practice expertise (3+ years at top-tier firm preferred)
• Fluent Italian and English
• Executive engagement and relationship-building at senior levels
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Understanding of legal processes and challenges
• AI and legal technology curiosity
• Sales or customer-facing experience (preferred)
• Client relationship management
