Legal Engineer - Product Specialist

About this role

Harvey seeks an experienced legal professional to serve as a trusted advisor helping law firms and in-house legal teams adopt and maximize their AI platform. You'll drive customer adoption through strategic onboarding, training, and consulting while partnering with sales and success teams to expand accounts and support renewals.

What you'll do

• Build relationships with law firm and in-house legal teams to understand workflows and guide Harvey platform integration
• Design and lead onboarding sessions, training workshops, and enablement programs to drive adoption
• Identify expansion opportunities and support renewals by demonstrating platform impact and customer engagement
• Surface adoption barriers through user conversations and develop strategies to overcome them
• Translate customer legal needs into actionable product feedback for engineering teams
• Monitor usage trends and re-engage at-risk accounts while promoting underutilized capabilities
