Legal Engineer - Product Specialist

About this role

Harvey seeks an experienced lawyer to serve as a Legal Engineer - Product Specialist, helping customers adopt and maximize the company's AI platform for legal work. You'll bridge legal expertise with product strategy, building relationships with law firms and in-house counsel while driving adoption, identifying expansion opportunities, and translating customer needs back to the product team.

What you'll do

• Build trusted relationships with legal teams and design customized onboarding, training, and enablement programs
• Partner with Customer Success and Account Executive teams to identify expansion opportunities and support renewals
• Surface adoption barriers through user engagement and develop strategies to overcome obstacles
• Translate legal practice needs into product feedback for engineering teams
• Monitor usage trends to identify at-risk accounts and untapped opportunities
• Create customer-facing content including training materials, use case guides, and resources
