Legal Engineer - Product Specialist

About this role

Harvey seeks an experienced lawyer to serve as a Legal Product Specialist, helping enterprise customers adopt and maximize value from its AI platform. You'll combine legal expertise with customer success strategy, building relationships with law firms and in-house teams while driving product adoption and expansion.

What you'll do

• Build trusted relationships with legal teams and develop tailored strategies for integrating Harvey's AI into their workflows
• Design and deliver onboarding sessions, training workshops, and enablement programs to drive adoption and maximize platform value
• Partner with Customer Success and Account Executives to identify expansion opportunities and support renewals
• Identify adoption barriers through customer engagement and develop solutions to overcome them
• Translate legal practice needs into actionable product feedback for engineering teams
• Monitor usage trends to identify at-risk accounts and opportunities for re-engagement or capability expansion
