Legal Engineer - Product Specialist - Germany

About this role

Harvey seeks an experienced lawyer to serve as a Legal Engineer - Product Specialist in Munich, driving AI platform adoption and success among law firms and in-house legal teams. You'll combine your legal expertise with customer-facing skills to guide clients through implementation, identify adoption barriers, and build long-term partnerships that maximize product value.

What you'll do

• Build trusted relationships with law firm and in-house legal teams to understand workflows and integrate Harvey's AI platform into daily practice
• Design and lead onboarding sessions, training workshops, and enablement programs to drive adoption and maximize platform value
• Identify expansion opportunities and support renewals by demonstrating impact and engaging with users
• Surface adoption obstacles through thoughtful engagement and develop strategies to overcome them
• Translate legal practice needs into product feedback for engineering teams
• Monitor usage trends and re-engage at-risk accounts while showcasing new capabilities
