About this role

Harvey seeks an experienced lawyer to serve as a Legal Engineer - Product Specialist, bridging customer success and product development. You'll drive AI platform adoption among law firms and corporate legal teams by designing training programs, building trusted relationships, and translating legal needs into product feedback.

What you'll do

  • Build relationships with law firm and in-house legal teams to understand workflows and guide Harvey AI integration
  • Design and lead onboarding sessions, training workshops, and enablement programs to maximize platform adoption
  • Partner with Customer Success and Account Executives to identify expansion opportunities and support renewals
  • Surface adoption barriers through engagement and develop strategies to overcome them
  • Translate legal practice needs into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams
  • Monitor usage trends, identify at-risk accounts, and re-engage users with new capabilities
