Legal Engineer - Product Specialist, Stockholm

About this role

Harvey seeks an experienced lawyer to serve as a Legal Product Specialist in Stockholm, helping law firms and in-house legal teams adopt and maximize AI-powered legal solutions. You'll build trusted relationships with customers, design training programs, and drive adoption by translating legal workflows into product strategy.

What you'll do

• Build relationships with law firms and in-house legal teams to understand workflows and tailor Harvey's AI solutions to their needs
• Design and deliver onboarding sessions, training workshops, and enablement programs to drive adoption and product utilization
• Partner with Customer Success and Account teams to identify expansion opportunities and support renewals
• Identify adoption barriers through user engagement and develop strategies to overcome them
• Translate legal practice challenges into actionable product feedback for engineering teams
• Monitor usage patterns, identify at-risk accounts, and create customer-facing content like training materials and use case guides

What they're looking for

• Legal expertise with 3+ years at top-tier law firm (corporate law or litigation preferred)
• Swedish language fluency
• Executive-level relationship building and presentation skills
• Understanding of legal processes and professional challenges
• AI and legal technology literacy
• Sales or customer-facing experience (business development, secondment experience a plus)
• Strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration
• Training and enablement program design
