Software Engineer, Agents

About this role

Build AI agent systems that empower legal professionals to work faster and smarter. You'll optimize agent performance through prompt engineering, model selection, tool design, and evaluation frameworks while partnering with customers to ship impactful products.

What you'll do

• Design and optimize AI agents for legal workflows including document analysis, contract review, and diligence automation
• Develop evaluation frameworks and metrics that measure agent quality and task completion
• Implement prompt engineering, model selection, and tool design strategies to improve agent performance
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams on low-latency agent execution and caching strategies
• Build observability systems to profile agent behavior and identify optimization opportunities
• Stay current on agentic AI developments and integrate new best practices into products
