Software Engineer, Agents

About this role

Build AI agent systems that empower legal professionals to work more efficiently. You'll design agent environments, optimize model performance, create evaluation frameworks, and ship production features that automate complex legal workflows.

What you'll do

• Design and optimize AI agents for legal workflows including diligence, contract analysis, and litigation support
• Develop evaluation frameworks that measure agent quality and enable rapid iteration
• Engineer prompt strategies, tool design, and context management to improve agent performance
• Collaborate with customers and product teams to understand requirements and validate solutions
• Work with infrastructure teams on low-latency execution, caching, and parallel processing
• Monitor and profile agent behavior to identify optimization opportunities
