Join Hasbro's AI Studio as a Customer Success Engineer bridging our character experience platform and partners building on it. You'll guide customers from prototype through production, then translate their real-world challenges into platform improvements that reduce friction for future builders.
What you'll do
- Partner with customers to prototype and deploy character experiences from initial integration through production launch
- Maintain and improve the SDK, code examples, and documentation based on customer feedback and pain points
- Act as the internal team's connection to customer experience, identifying where partners struggle and succeed
- Provide hands-on technical support to unblock customer implementations
- Gather field insights and translate them into platform enhancements that reduce the need for direct support
- Stay engaged through the full build cycle, ensuring successful shipping and post-launch stability
