About this role
Wizards of the Coast seeks a Workplace Technology Support Engineer to maintain and enhance workplace technology systems across global operations. This role involves resolving complex technical issues, managing endpoint environments, and driving improvements through automation and standardized solutions across devices, collaboration systems, and workplace technology infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Resolve complex technical issues involving devices, operating systems, VPN connectivity, printers, networking, and AI-powered workplace tools for users across multiple regions
- Design, configure, and support custom hardware builds for specialized engineering and gaming studio environments
- Monitor endpoint health, analyze performance trends, and implement automation solutions to improve consistency and reduce manual effort
- Provide in-person and remote technical support to employees across the United States, Canada, UK, India, and Japan
- Partner with platform engineering, security, and networking teams to diagnose advanced issues and translate recurring problems into scalable solutions
- Support conference room systems, collaboration tools, and workplace peripherals; assist with onsite events and shows as needed
