The Forward Deployed Engineer is responsible for implementing complex integration workflows beyond standard onboarding, requiring hands-on coding and deep technical involvement. This hybrid role in NYC demands expertise in building custom API integrations and middleware, directly engaging with clients to tackle their unique challenges.

What you'll do

• Scope complex integration projects with sales teams
• Build custom n8n flows and API integrations
• Manage technically complex onboardings end-to-end
• Perform QA and monitor implementations post-launch
• Establish best practices for SaaS implementations
• Serve as a technical consultant for clients
