About this role

A hands-on technical role building custom integration workflows and complex API implementations for enterprise clients using n8n flows, webhooks, and middleware. You'll own end-to-end technical onboardings for accounts with non-standard requirements and serve as a bridge between customer needs and Hatch's product roadmap.

What you'll do

  • Design and build custom n8n flows, API integrations, and webhook configurations for complex client implementations
  • Manage technical onboardings end-to-end, including scoping, QA testing, and post-launch monitoring
  • Partner with sales to scope complex projects and navigate gaps between business objectives and technical constraints
  • Define best practices and create reusable architecture patterns for enterprise SaaS implementations
  • Conduct onsite client visits to understand business needs and present architectural solutions
  • Identify recurring integration patterns and communicate product improvement recommendations to R&D
