Frontend Software Engineer

About this role

Hawk-Eye Innovations seeks a mid-level Frontend Engineer to develop high-performance UI experiences for sports technology, building real-time broadcast graphics and interactive tools that visualize complex tracking data. You'll work autonomously on feature ownership, API integration, and performance optimization for live sports applications.

What you'll do

• Develop and own web-based graphics tools, broadcast control panels, and interactive overlays from concept to production
• Write high-quality, scalable TypeScript/React code with strong attention to visual performance and user experience
• Manage code releases safely across Dev, Test, Staging, and Production environments
• Optimize frontend performance for low-latency rendering synchronized with live video streams
• Conduct testing using Cypress and maintain test-driven development practices
• Collaborate with team on technical decisions and identify project dependencies early
