What you'll do
- Administer Windows 10/11 imaging, configuration, patching, and lifecycle management using tools like SCCM or Intune.
- Provide Tier 1/2 support for Windows hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Manage Active Directory accounts, group policies, and Microsoft 365 for users.
- Provision and deploy new laptops for hires.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and track licensing compliance.
- Partner with Security on endpoint compliance and patch management.
