Build Engineer - Structures

About this role

Hermeus seeks a Build Engineer for Structures to support rapid prototyping of high-speed military aircraft. You'll work across design, manufacturing, and testing phases, owning structural hardware design, tooling, and vehicle assembly from concept through flight readiness.

What you'll do

• Design and develop structural hardware components for high-speed aircraft
• Develop and optimize manufacturing tooling and processes
• Conduct structural testing and validation for flight readiness
• Support vehicle assembly and integration activities
• Collaborate with design and production teams on iterative improvements
• Document and manage engineering processes and specifications
