Structures Manufacturing Engineer

About this role

Hermeus seeks a Structures Manufacturing Engineer to support the production of high-speed aircraft through hands-on manufacturing expertise. You'll work with a lean, experienced team that bridges design and production, enabling rapid iteration on advanced aerospace structures.

What you'll do

• Lead or support manufacturing of aircraft structural components using welding, machining, and additive processes
• Provide design feedback to engineering team based on manufacturability and production experience
• Execute rapid prototyping and iterative builds to meet accelerated development timelines
• Coordinate fabrication across multiple processes including tube bending and structural assembly
• Troubleshoot production challenges and implement process improvements
• Collaborate on integration and quality assurance for flight-ready systems
