Software Engineer, Showroom

About this role

Higharc, a VC-backed startup transforming home design and construction, seeks a full-stack Software Engineer to build core showroom features. You'll own end-to-end development across UI, APIs, and backend systems, focusing on complex rule engines for pricing, inventory, and configuration logic.

What you'll do

• Build full-stack features spanning frontend, API layer, business logic, and data models
• Design and implement rule engines managing pricing, inventory, availability, and constraints
• Architect scalable, maintainable systems handling growing product complexity
• Develop configuration experiences navigating interdependent user choices
• Optimize backend performance through query tuning, indexing, and bottleneck resolution
• Build search, filtering, and querying systems for large datasets
