About this role

Higharc, a VC-backed startup transforming home design and construction, seeks a Solutions Engineer to bridge homebuilder workflows with its platform capabilities. You'll lead discovery sessions, deliver compelling demos, and build ROI cases that move deals forward while partnering with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle.

What you'll do

  • Conduct discovery sessions with homebuilders to identify current workflows, pain points, and priorities across Design, Sales, Purchasing, and Estimating
  • Lead platform demonstrations that help prospects envision their business operating on Higharc
  • Develop ROI narratives and business cases that quantify impact and align internal stakeholders
  • Partner with Account Executives to shape solution strategy and guide prospects toward a data-driven future state
  • Champion Challenger sales methodology by teaching new perspectives and controlling the sales process
  • Provide field feedback to inform messaging, objection handling, and competitive positioning

  • Executive and user-level presentation skills
  • Workflow optimization and process improvement
  • Sales methodology (Challenger sales approach)
  • AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM tools (preferred)
  • Industry knowledge of homebuilding operations
