Associate Data Solutions Engineer supporting Higher Logic's data initiatives by designing and scaling ETL/ELT pipelines, data models, and AI workflows. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to make data reliable and actionable for analytics and business intelligence, reporting directly to the Chief Data Officer.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data ingestion
- Develop and optimize data models for reporting, dashboards, and operational insights
- Write clean SQL and Python code to transform raw data into business-ready outputs
- Monitor pipeline performance and ensure data reliability, accuracy, and timeliness
- Design frameworks for triggering AI workflows based on business rules and data events
- Collaborate with analytics and business stakeholders to understand data requirements
