Forward Deployed Engineer

About this role

HighRadius seeks Forward Deployed Engineers to serve as technical liaisons between their AI platform and enterprise finance departments. You'll own the complete lifecycle of AI agent deployments—from analyzing client data and configuring algorithms to conducting go-live training and validating financial outcomes.

What you'll do

• Analyze client datasets and design future-state Order-to-Cash architectures using AI agents
• Configure proprietary algorithms and platform settings to automate financial processes
• Architect data integrations between the SaaS platform and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Define KPIs and metrics to measure ROI and solution impact
• Conduct onsite client testing, training, and go-live execution
• Collaborate with finance managers and stakeholders to iterate designs and deliver measurable value
