Integration Engineer (Charlotte, NC)

About this role

Hippocratic AI seeks an Integration Engineer to design and maintain healthcare data integrations connecting EHRs and clinical systems to our safety-focused AI platform. You'll work with Python, HL7/FHIR standards, and modern APIs to build reliable, scalable interoperability solutions in Charlotte, NC.

What you'll do

• Design and build healthcare data integrations using Python, HL7 v2, FHIR, REST APIs, and SQL
• Collaborate with product and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable integration flows
• Coordinate with offshore teams on implementation, code review, and quality assurance
• Monitor performance across live integrations and resolve bottlenecks and production issues
• Develop reusable integration components and templates to improve delivery efficiency
• Perform root-cause analysis and troubleshooting for production incidents
