Integration Engineer (Philadelphia, PA)

About this role

Hippocratic AI seeks an Integration Engineer to design and build healthcare data integrations connecting EHRs and APIs to their clinical AI platform. You'll work with Python, HL7, FHIR, and modern interoperability standards while collaborating with product and delivery teams in Philadelphia.

What you'll do

• Design and build healthcare data integrations using Python, HL7 v2, FHIR, REST APIs, and SQL
• Translate product requirements into scalable, testable integration flows with cross-functional teams
• Coordinate implementation, review, and QA with offshore engineering partners
• Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot live integrations to resolve performance issues
• Develop reusable integration components and templates to improve delivery efficiency
• Lead root-cause analysis on production issues and ensure timely resolution
