GTM Engineer

About this role

HopSkipDrive seeks a GTM Engineer to build and optimize the revenue operations infrastructure that powers their student transportation marketplace. You'll own Salesforce administration, manage the complete GTM tool stack, design cross-system integrations, and lead the adoption of AI-driven automation to eliminate manual work and accelerate sales velocity.

What you'll do

• Administer and optimize Salesforce as single source of truth, managing custom objects, flows, validation rules, and dashboards
• Own complete GTM tool stack including inventory management, vendor relationships, contract renewals, and ROI analysis
• Design and deploy integrations across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success tools to eliminate manual handoffs
• Champion AI-first GTM operations by identifying opportunities to leverage LLMs and automation agents for revenue teams
• Build and maintain integrations via APIs, native connectors, and iPaaS platforms to create a connected data ecosystem
• Document system configurations and workflow logic to enable operational continuity and AI automations

• API integrations and iPaaS platforms (Zapier, Make, Workato)
• AI/LLM implementation (Clay, n8n, Gemini, Claude)
• Systems integration and data architecture
• SQL or data analysis experience
