What you'll do
- Design and build data pipelines in Dagster for AI model training, validation, and regulatory workflows
- Write and optimize SQL for data transformation, modeling, and quality validation
- Develop Python tooling for data ingestion, transformation, and delivery automation
- Build infrastructure for data ingestion from surgical systems and annotation platforms into AWS S3
- Implement data validation, testing, and monitoring to ensure integrity and catch anomalies
- Support dataset versioning and lineage tracking for FDA and IEC 62304 compliance
