About this role

House Rx is on a mission to make specialty medications more affordable and accessible for patients suffering from chronic illnesses like cancer and autoimmune disorders. We provide clinics with specialized technology and support from pharmacists and care coordinators to dispense medication directly to their patients, known as medically integrated dispensing (MID).

About the role

As a key member of our People team, you will be responsible for sourcing, coordinating, and recruiting candidates for roles that range from Pharmacy Operations to Product & Engineering. As House Rx grows, we want to continue to identify candidates who care deeply about our mission and embody our culture. As a Recruiter, you will be instrumental in identifying that top talent and optimizing our recruitment efforts to create an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our culture and values in every part of the process.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Proactive Sourcing: Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to source candidates, develop pipelines, and build relationships across all roles. Discover the most effective way to reach and engage the types of talent that will make great additions to our team today and in the future.
  • Pharmacy Operations Partnership: Partner with the Pharmacy Operations team to develop sourcing techniques that attract quality talent for high-volume and targeted roles.
  • Product & Technology Talent: Source and recruit product managers, designers, software engineers, and data and security talent, positioning House Rx’s mission and impact to compete with larger tech employers.
  • Candidate Engagement: Proactively engage with candidates through high-touch relationship building, dedicated marketing campaigns, and strategic brand opportunities.

Full-Cycle Recruiting & Partnership

  • End-to-End Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle (coordinating, sourcing, and offers) for various departments including Pharmacy Operations, Engineering, Product, Commercial, and Corporate.
  • Interview Coordination: Coordinate new applicants, schedule interviews, and facilitate the interview process via Greenhouse while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Hiring Manager Partnership: Partner with hiring managers and interviewers to support an efficient recruiting process. Dig in to understand the needs of diverse departments and level set expectations around timelines to promote effective partnership between recruiting and hiring managers.
  • Debriefs & Equitable Hiring: Facilitate debrief sessions to promote consistent, equitable hiring practices that enable House Rx to hire candidates with confidence.
  • Offer & Closing: Work with People and Finance to structure competitive offers, handle objections, and close top candidates with confidence.

Process & Data

  • Reporting: Monitor and track progress by providing regular updates on roles, including time-to-fill, offer metrics, pipeline health, and source of hire.
  • ATS Hygiene: Keep Greenhouse accurate and up to date, including candidate records, notes, dispositions, and structured scorecards.
  • Compliance: Follow employment regulations and healthcare-specific requirements, including credentialing and background screening for clinical roles.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas on interview design, sourcing tools, and recruiting best practices as the team scales.

Qualifications

  • Experience: At least six years of experience as a sourcer or recruiter, with a proven track record in strategic sourcing and consistent acceptance rates. Previous experience in healthcare and/or health-related recruitment is preferred, with bonus points for prior pharmacy experience.
  • Mission & Culture: Passionate about the House Rx mission and able to inspire new applicants and candidates. Resourceful, eager to learn, and able to provide knowledgeable insight about House Rx roles and company culture.
  • Analytical Abilities: Able to leverage metrics and analytics to drive and improve hiring decisions.
  • Operational Proficiency: Previous start-up experience and comfort in a nuanced, fast-paced, and completely remote environment preferred.

Salary Range: $115,000 - $130,000

This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary/wage. The actual base salary/wage will depend on several factors, including experience, knowledge, and skills. Actual compensation packages may include other elements such as equity, paid time off and benefits.
