Field Application Engineer
About this role
Humanoid is seeking a Field Application Engineer to deploy and integrate their cutting-edge humanoid robot solutions at customer sites across North America. You'll manage on-site installations, conduct testing and demonstrations, gather customer feedback, and troubleshoot systems to ensure successful robot deployments in real industrial environments.
What you'll do
- Support deployment and integration of humanoid robot solutions at customer facilities across North America
- Conduct site visits to assess requirements, gather data, and ensure successful robotic system integration
- Build physical test rigs, digital twins, and lab environments for reliability and acceptance testing
- Organize and execute product demonstrations for customers, investors, and stakeholders at facilities and trade shows
- Plan, supervise, and manage Proof of Concept and pilot projects at customer sites
- Perform troubleshooting, minor maintenance, and collect performance data to inform product improvements

- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, assembly, and maintenance
- Robotics or automation systems experience
- Project management and deployment processes
- Problem-solving and diagnostic skills under pressure
- CAD modeling or 3D scanning (preferred)
- Software integration and sensor-based automation (preferred)
- Public speaking and live demonstrations
- Digital twin or commissioning/acceptance testing experience (preferred)
