Fabrication Process Engineer II

Hunter Douglas seeks a Fabrication Process Engineer II to drive manufacturing excellence in their Broomfield, CO facility. You'll optimize production processes, lead cross-functional teams, ensure safety compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives across multiple concurrent projects.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage multiple small-to-medium projects concurrently while coordinating task assignments and timelines
• Conduct safety walks, implement countermeasures, and develop PFMEAs to prevent quality issues and accidents
• Document labor requirements, cycle times, and process efficiencies; maintain standard work procedures
• Guide process improvements through engineering analysis and conduct weekly Gemba walks for compliance
• Validate packaging designs and lead trials; implement Engineering Change Notices and capacity studies
• Support process launches, best practice projects, and automation initiatives as needed
