Quality Engineer

Hunter Douglas seeks an experienced Quality Engineer to lead quality control operations and implement systems ensuring products meet company and regulatory standards. This role involves managing quality teams, developing improvement processes, and collaborating across departments to maintain excellence in window covering manufacturing.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain quality management systems, policies, and procedures aligned with customer and regulatory requirements
• Implement quality tools like SPC and FMEA to identify and prevent production defects
• Oversee inspection activities across raw materials, manufacturing, and finished products
• Manage non-conformance investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions
• Lead cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement
• Direct and mentor a quality team, coordinate audits, and ensure regulatory compliance
