DevOps Engineer

About this role

ICEYE seeks a DevOps Engineer in Espoo to manage mission-critical ground segment systems that process satellite data for customers. You'll deploy software, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, perform upgrades, and drive operational improvements while supporting an international team in a hybrid role.

What you'll do

• Deploy and manage ground segment systems delivering satellite data to customers
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for satellite and ground systems
• Perform planned maintenance and software upgrades on customer on-premise environments
• Rapidly diagnose and resolve technical issues across the full stack
• Contribute to continuous improvement of team processes and documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation after 6-month onboarding period

• Kubernetes and container orchestration (SUSE Rancher, Helm)
• Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform, Bash, Python, Go)
• On-premise and hybrid cloud deployments (VMware/vSphere)
• Linux system administration and networking diagnostics
• Database management (PostgreSQL, InfluxDB)
• Observability and monitoring (Grafana)
• Secrets management (OpenBao/Vault)
• Excellent English communication skills
