About this role

ICEYE is seeking a Forward Deployed Geospatial Engineer to enhance the use of Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) intelligence for military and defense applications in Poland. The role involves training analysts, optimizing SAR data workflows, and providing real-time support to ensure effective mission execution.

What you'll do

• Train and support analysts in using SAR imagery for tactical missions
• Optimize ICEYE ISR Suite for specific customer needs
• Validate SAR imagery products for operational readiness
• Develop Python-based geospatial automation solutions
• Engage with customers as a subject matter expert
• Provide training on SAR fundamentals and capabilities

• Advanced degree in Remote Sensing, GIS, or related field
• Understanding of SAR physics and imaging techniques
• Strong Python programming skills for geospatial tasks
• Experience analyzing satellite imagery for operational use
• Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish
• Willingness to travel for customer engagements
