IT Engineer

About this role

ICEYE seeks an IT Engineer in Espoo to provide hands-on IT support for a global workforce, managing endpoint devices, access controls, and secure communications platforms. The role supports mission-critical operations by ensuring reliable infrastructure across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments in an office-based, permanent position.

What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting for employees globally across endpoints, access, and communications
• Operate and maintain secure communication platforms with associated endpoint configurations
• Manage device provisioning, lifecycle operations, patching, and MDM configurations across multiple operating systems
• Administer user access, SSO assignments, and permissions using IAM platforms like Okta
• Create and maintain operational documentation for IT procedures and issue resolution workflows
• Support enterprise networking, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and secure connectivity troubleshooting

What they're looking for

• Windows, macOS, and Linux troubleshooting
• Endpoint management tools (Intune, Kandji, Workspace One, Puppet, or Ansible)
• Identity and access management platforms, especially Okta
• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and enterprise connectivity
• IT Service Desk ticketing systems
• Technical communication with non-technical users
• Secure communication platform administration
• Infrastructure as code and automation (nice to have)
