System Engineer

About this role

ICEYE is seeking a System Engineer to assemble, configure, and deploy ground systems (24U server racks) that process satellite data for defense and intelligence customers. Based in Espoo or Warsaw, you'll work in a hybrid model supporting mission-critical infrastructure with occasional travel to customer sites.

What you'll do

• Assemble, configure, and install ground systems at customer locations
• Manage network infrastructure, firewalls, and routing between systems
• Collaborate with customer technical staff and internal stakeholders for smooth system integration
• Create automated deployment pipelines and version-controlled configurations
• Participate in on-call rotation for continuous operational support
• Travel occasionally to customer sites (10-15% of working time)
