About this role
IMC Trading seeks machine learning researchers to develop and deploy advanced ML models for algorithmic trading across asset classes. You'll collaborate with quantitative teams to create predictive models, engineer features from diverse data sources, and research novel approaches to market prediction and portfolio optimization.
What you'll do
- Design and deploy machine learning models to enhance trading performance
- Research and prototype new algorithmic trading ideas using advanced ML techniques
- Collaborate with traders, researchers, and engineers to translate market insights into models
- Manage data acquisition, preprocessing, and feature engineering for structured and unstructured data
- Develop and test predictive models for signal generation and portfolio optimization
