Trading Engineer - Execution

About this role

Join our execution team as a Trading Systems Engineer responsible for maintaining and improving critical real-time trading infrastructure. You'll balance operational support of live systems with engineering projects aimed at enhancing reliability, performance, and automation across hardware, networking, and application layers.

What you'll do

• Provide on-call support for critical execution systems through structured rotation schedules
• Diagnose and resolve production incidents involving trading, infrastructure, and exchange connectivity
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify risks to trading operations
• Build automation tools for system orchestration and operational efficiency
• Conduct root cause analysis to eliminate recurring issues
• Enhance monitoring, observability, and resilience of core market connectivity

What they're looking for

• Linux systems administration and server management
• Network fundamentals including routing, TCP/UDP, multicast, and kernel bypass technology
• Python and Bash scripting
• Site Reliability Engineering or Production Engineering experience
• Low-latency systems troubleshooting and problem-solving
• MySQL, MongoDB, or NoSQL databases (preferred)
• Hardware and network connectivity expertise
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
