Integration Engineer

About this role

impact.com seeks an Integration Engineer in Columbus, OH to support the technical onboarding and implementation of clients on their SaaS partnership marketing platform. You'll work cross-functionally to design solutions, guide clients through integration, and troubleshoot technical issues while staying current with platform capabilities.

What you'll do

• Support design and implementation of technical solutions for new and existing clients
• Lead technical discovery discussions to understand client requirements and propose optimal solutions
• Stay current with platform capabilities, product enhancements, and industry trends
• Create and maintain technical integration documentation
• Partner with Onboarding team to deliver seamless client onboarding experiences
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during client implementation

• HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and REST APIs
• Technical problem-solving and troubleshooting
• Customer-centric communication and stakeholder management
• SaaS platform design and implementation knowledge
• AI application to real-world challenges
• Web technologies and digital marketing platforms
• Affiliate and/or digital marketing industry knowledge
• Sales Engineering or Integration Support experience
