Software Engineer (Full-stack)

About this role

Impiricus, an AI-powered healthcare engagement platform, seeks a full-stack software engineer to design and develop scalable digital solutions for life sciences. You'll work across backend (Python) and frontend (React/Next.js) technologies while integrating LLM workflows and providing technical leadership to junior engineers.

What you'll do

• Design and build scalable APIs, microservices, and data pipelines primarily using Python
• Develop web applications and dashboards with React/Next.js to expose backend and AI functionality
• Integrate and refine LLM workflows including prompt engineering and model orchestration
• Lead code reviews, testing, CI/CD automation, and performance optimization initiatives
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with offshore development teams on technical decisions
• Partner with product, UX/UI, and data teams to define requirements and optimize system performance

Benefits

• Base salary: $110,000 - $135,000
