About this role
Accenture Construct seeks a Mechanical Engineer to provide design assurance reviews for utility-scale Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) projects. You will critically evaluate engineering deliverables, identify potential issues, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical completeness, constructability, and compliance. This role involves significant onsite presence at client locations in St. Louis, Missouri.
What you'll do
- Perform independent design assurance reviews of mechanical engineering deliverables.
- Evaluate mechanical drawings, specifications, and equipment layouts for technical accuracy.
- Provide technical oversight of CCGT mechanical systems and interfaces.
- Review and recommend on RFIs, design deviations, and scope changes.
- Support constructability reviews and field walkdowns.
