Solutions Engineer

About this role

Instabase seeks a Solutions Engineer to design and deploy custom AI-powered solutions for enterprise customers using the Instabase AIHub platform. You'll combine technical expertise with customer collaboration to solve complex unstructured data problems, working with prompt engineering, Python, and APIs to build production-grade implementations.

What you'll do

• Design and build customized solutions on the Instabase platform using prompt engineering and Python scripting
• Collaborate with enterprise customers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Integrate Instabase with APIs, databases, and other systems in customer environments
• Provide technical training and support to customers while troubleshooting implementation issues
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams
• Gather feedback and iterate on solutions to improve platform capabilities
